Hi! I’m Hayley, I am happy you decided to check out my page. I create magic at TM Salon located in Santee California. My goal is to make you and your hair happy! Please come to all appointment with clean hair ( 24 hours since last wash is ok!) To keep a relaxing environment Please do not bring your children to your appointments! Sometimes our time spent together is a long one so if you know you’ll be in for a few hours feel free to bring snacks! CANCELLATION POLICY
cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the total service charge. Late policy is 10 minutes. After 20 you will be charged a no show fee. If you no show your appointment your card on file will be charged 70% of the appointment. If you cancel or no show a appointment twice you will be required to pay a 25% non refundable deposit to book your next appointment There is no refunds on services. If you feel something is not right let me know within 7 days of your appointment and we can always adjust it and make sure you’re loving your new look! Happiness in your new hair is always my top priority.
